On StarryNift official website, click "Citizen" tab.

On "Citizen" page, If you need to mint citizenship card, clicking "Mint Now" button will prompt you to connect your wallet first.

Then follow the instructions to pay gas fee and complete the mint process.

Click "Continue" button from the pop-up window to move on to the next step.
